The location was fantastic, with a cathedral and a theater nearby, and there was a great quick food spot, Rad Burger, just a stone's throw away.

That was gorgeous and ideal hotel set in peaceful area, right by the shops & attractions. The service was good and the food was great. Plus, we parked on site...

Good value for money breakfast with plenty of good foods. Beautifully presented rooms, stunningly beautiful view of the cathedral. Excellent and unbeatable location close enough to central Canterbury and lots of restaurants : and all local attractions in a shopping area. For tea or coffee visit Panteli's nearby.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, and 5 minute walk from a historic gothic-style cathedral. New-fashioned and airy rooms and nice beds.

Though the staff we met were not very friendly, enjoyed the hotel.

The breakfast options here are super reasonably priced, catering to everyone's preferences just like at Wetherspoons. The location is right in the middle, and the staff, especially in the morning, are incredibly friendly and helpful, from the team members to the manager. 🌟

Central location by the cathedral. Very modern furnished rooms. Beautiful, modern and as good as new bathroom. Our room had air conditioning. Despite the bar under the hotel area it was quiet in the room. Value for money is good.

Only the fact that one has to cross the bar in order to get into the hotel area is not so nice, at least with children.

The staff at Thomas Ingoldsby Wetherspoon are very attentive, including the morning staff and manager. The location is fantastic, with the cathedral and historic sites within walking distance. it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Oscar & Bentleys, where I've eaten once or twice.

The location in the middle of the center is top, of course. Very quiet room, despite lively activity on the street ,. Room pleasantly large,. Bathroom clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable.

No parking lot at the venue, had to walk with luggage for approx. 10 minutes by the city. Something strange is that we had to check in to get into the room after walking through the crowded pub loaded with luggage and all eyes were on us.

This place is well presented and brand-new with great air conditioning, and it's conveniently located for exploring the area.

    The location is very good.

It's very loud. It is not only the bar operation that is responsible, but also poor noise protection in general. Doors slam shut very loudly, the elevator is audible all night long. Furthermore, I find it very unfortunate to first have to walk through a smoking and drunken crowd of people in the pub to get to the reception. I found this very unpleasant, especially when I arrived.
